This year 9 project was completed over one term, the “fashion” project had them consider designs through from the design brief to the final design. Pupils researched fashion designers and icons and looked in depth into materials and decorative finishes. Their final pieces were made over a half term, and used a broad range of skills from machine embroidery, batik, tie dying, inserting zips and binding. Pupils then tested and evaluated their products.
